Joe Slatter is the creator of the Better Practice methodology which, is the underlying framework for RFN Advisory Group’s ‘Decision Dynamics’ sprint and ‘Leadership Accelerator’. Joe’s mission is to help individuals, organizations and communities accelerate toward “better”; however they choose to define it.

 Joe has lived in six countries and worked extensively with global, cross-functional and highly distributed teams. He created Better Practice with the belief that teams, organizations and communities can improve their performance by establishing a common sense and listening to each other.

 Joe’s life work is the application of design thinking – an innovative, abstract and often hands on approach to how we work together. How can we figure out what matters together, make better decisions faster and act together with grace and accountability? Joe calls it metacollaboration. This approach has been put to the test by a great number of organizations and even more teams around the world.

 A musician at heart, Joe’s upbringing and work over the past thirty years across countries, languages, cultures and industries, has instilled in him a deep appreciation for the power of perspective and collaboration. Joe lives in Colorado and supports projects, engagements and teams around the world. Helping leaders, teams and organizations achieve the next level in their success is something that never ceases to excite him.
