You can access your RFN Academy courses from various devices and platforms, on both PC and Mac desktops / laptops, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. Our system requirements follow below:
Minimum System Requirements
- The latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, for desktop/laptop
- A broadband connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbit or 800kbps
PC Specific Requirements
- Platform: Windows 8 or higher with the latest updates installed
- RAM: 4GB or more
- Video: Graphics output capability
- Sound: Sound output capability

- iOS Safari: 11 and up

Course Information
Some courses are entirely on demand; you can begin and complete the course whenever you like. Others must be registered for due to the inclusion of live online sessions with instructors.
RFN Academy courses can be accessed from many different devices and platforms, including desktop, laptop or mobile device.
After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking the course link you will receive in your confirmation email. You can also begin the course by logging in on to the RFN Academy website and navigating to your My Dashboard page.
What do RFN Academy courses Include?
Each RFN Academy course or program is created, owned and managed by the instructors. All courses and programs can include a variety of live online sessions, videos, slides and text. In addition, instructors can add resources, such as one on one coaching and access to an online community to enhance students’ learning experiences and promote continued learning.
Do I have to start my RFN Academy course at a certain time? How long do I have to complete it?
While many of the courses do not have a specific start date, some courses have specific dates for live sessions and pre-work requirements.
For some courses, there are no deadlines to begin or complete. Even after you complete the course, you will still have access to it as well as the course community for continued peer to peer learning and development.

Is RFN Academy an accredited institution? Do I receive anything after I complete a course?
While RFN Academy is not an accredited institution, we offer courses and programs taught by experts in their field and each course features a certificate of completion to document and share your accomplishment.
Will I continue to have access to the course after I complete it?
Yes. You will continue to have access to the course after you complete it. So, if you wish to review specific content in the course, or take it all over again, you can. Live sessions are not recorded, however, so course content would include available slides and text.
Will I have access to the community after I complete a course?
Yes. The online communities are a great way to engage with your peers and continue your learning and development once the course has completed.
I finished my course but why can’t I access my certificate of completion?
In order to receive your certificate of completion, each curriculum item must be marked as complete. Double check the course curriculum in the course player to ensure each lesson has a green checkmark beside it and is marked as complete.
Can I share my certificate on social media?
Yes! When you complete a course, there is a link to share your certificate on social media.
How can I pay for a course?
RFN Academy currently accepts credit card payments for all online enrollments.
